• "Teacher/Family Account": Accounts created by individuals over the age of 18 to manage and supervise Student Users.
• "Student User": Individuals, regardless of age, who access our services under the supervision of a Teacher/Family Account holder.

3.1 Teacher/Family Account Creators

Age Requirement: Individuals creating a Teacher/Family Account must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Supervision Responsibility: As a Teacher/Family Account holder, you are responsible for supervising Student Users associated with your account and ensuring their compliance with these Terms.

3.2 Student Users

Access: Student Users may access our services under the supervision of a Teacher/Family Account holder. There is no age restriction for Student Users; however, their activities must be overseen by the responsible adult who manages their account.

4.1 Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our website or services.

4.2 Content Standards

All content uploaded, posted, or otherwise transmitted by users must:

• Be accurate (where stating facts).
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or promotes discrimination.
